Theron joined the Advising Center staff in 1998, after serving as an academic and foreign student advisor at a number of public and private universities. Theron serves as the Academic Actions Officer, working with students in academic difficulty as well as his own advisees. He is also active in the International Studies program. Theron holds a Ph.D. in American Studies.
