Hi, I’m Sherrie Manlove Heep and I joined the Academic Advising and Career Center in January 2012 as the only Academic and Career Advisor This position gives me the opportunity to work with students at all degree levels as well as alumni. I have a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in College Student Personnel Administration from Indiana University-Bloomington. My professional experience is made up of 15+ years working with students in Career Services, Academic Advising, Residence Life and teaching 100-400 level college classes.
I feel that academic advising and career advising are both essential when helping students find the best life tools to assist them in becoming whatever they can or want to be. Whether it is academic advising, exploring majors, job hunting, resumes and more—I look forward to assisting you.
