Training ... sir!

Oh, yeah, I'm in training this week for the Bear Paws for a Cause event Saturday on the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course.

We're raising money to support athletic scholarships and scholarships for Sport and Fitness Management majors.

C'mon out! Run the 4K course or walk the 3K course.

Trust me, I'm no financial wizard, but I do know this, college and university endowments across the country are feeling the heat of the economic downturn. The Bear Paws for a Cause event was not created only because of the crunch, but it can certainly help. See you there!
